Recently, the process engineers and electrical engineers from the Minder-Hightech user side have completed the acceptance inspection of the MDXN-G33D8 Mask Aligner equipment.
Firstly, we conducted a verification of the MDXN-G33D8's Verify System Power-up Sequences, Interlocks and Safety. The engineer repeatedly raised various possibilities of incorrect operations and personally performed erroneous operations to verify whether the MDXN-G33D8 system could truly meet all requirements. After a comprehensive inspection lasting 5 hours, it was confirmed that the MDXN-G33D8 fully meets user needs and is a very user-friendly device.
Afterwards, the engineer learned the parameter recipe settings and system operation of the machine, and after repeatedly changing product types, tested the Alignment Accuracy of the MDXN-G33D8 Mask Aligner. Not a single Glass Wafer showed any defects, fully meeting the user's standards.
Finally, we conducted Exposure Uniformity Test, Resolution Test, Software Function Test, etc. on the MDXN-G33D8 Mask Aligner, and it performed well in all tests. The user's engineers were very satisfied and repeatedly stated that this is a versatile, practical, and easy-to-operate Mask Aligner.
