1. Inspection Purpose

Ensures that the heating plate surface flatness meets process requirements (≤0.05mm/m²). This ensures uniform heating of the workpiece during vacuum welding and prevents defects such as cold welds and deformation caused by unevenness.

3. Test Method and Procedures

1. Pretreatment:

- Turn off the equipment power and allow the heating plate to cool to room temperature (25 ± 2°C).

- Clean the heating plate surface with anhydrous ethanol to remove oil and residue.

2. Measurement Point Layout:

- Arrange the measurement points using a 9-point grid (as shown), covering the edges and center.

- Scan the surface using a laser and record the height deviation at each point (unit: μm).

3. Data Processing:

- Calculate the flatness error (maximum - minimum).

- Draw a flatness contour map (see attachment).

4. Test items and results

(Testing method: Using the "grid point method," test points are spaced 50mm x 50mm apart within the effective heating area of the heating plate (420 x 320mm), for a total of 48 test points. Flatness deviation at each point is recorded, and the maximum deviation is calculated.)

1. Flatness of the effective heating surface of the heating plate: Acceptable for the entire effective area (420×320mm). The maximum deviation is located at the area (210, 160) mm.

2. Flatness of the heating plate edge: Acceptable within 50mm of the edge within 0.05mm to 0.01mm. No local protrusions or depressions.

 

5. Test Conclusion

The flatness of the vacuum welding furnace heating plate tested met the requirements of the "Vacuum Welding Furnace Technical Specifications" and the heating plate design drawings. Overall flatness is acceptable, and the heating plate can be assembled into the vacuum welding furnace and put into operation normally.

 

6. Notes

1. No deformation, cracks, or scratches were found on the heating plate surface during testing.

2. During subsequent use, it is recommended to avoid impacting the heating plate with hard objects and to regularly check its flatness (every six months) to prevent deformation from prolonged high-temperature use.
