Widely used for soldering lead connections on various miniature components—such as RF communication components with small coils, SMD transformers, SMD inductors, micro-speakers, inductive IC cards, financial smart cards, and sensors.
Spot Welder for Ultra-fine Enameled Wire

Welding Principle:
The enameled wire spot welder utilizes an inverter DC welding power supply, paired with a precision pressure head and a specialized welding tip (made of high-temperature, high-resistance material).
When the positive and negative electrodes of the welding tip are pressed against the enameled wire, a high current flows through the tip over a short duration, rapidly generating heat.
This heat first burns off the wire's insulating enamel coating and then fuses the copper wire to the contact pad.
This welding method is suitable for fine enameled wires (diameters of 0.3mm or less); for thicker wires, tip wear becomes excessive, making the process economically unviable. For larger wire diameters, the insulation layer should be removed prior to welding.
Features:
1. Outputs DC current; the welding current is pulsed DC (with low ripple);
2. Inverter frequency is 4 kHz or 8 kHz; the control cycle for energization time is 0.125 ms or 0.25 ms, allowing for flexible control of welding duration;
3. Supports control modes for constant voltage, constant power, constant current, and fixed pulse width;
4. Includes fault diagnosis and alarm functions for issues such as abnormal current, out-of-limit monitoring values, mains voltage fluctuations, and overheating; significantly reduces the product defect rate;
5. Employs a three-stage heating profile with current ramp-up and ramp-down functions; effectively eliminates "spatter" and further ensures welding stability, thereby extending electrode lifespan.
