The universal mold is very flexible and suitable for different chip size. It apply for seagull-type forming of SOP and QFP with all size. Positioning accuracy of the electric-servo press is 0.01 mm. Equipped with an automatic pick-and-place manipulator. The motion control precision is 0.02mm. Welding lead cuting length : 0.8mm , 1 (customizable ) .
