Introduction:

1. This is a semi-automatic, single-axis resistance spot welding machine custom-built for specific products. It is designed to weld 15–20 units in a single cycle. By utilizing multiple fixtures, operators can load parts onto one fixture while welding is performed on another; the fixtures can be quickly swapped using a magnetic mounting system, thereby enhancing welding production efficiency.

2.The 1D semi-automatic spot welding machine can be equipped with custom-designed fixtures tailored to specific workpieces. It is widely used in industries such as automotive manufacturing, aerospace, electronic engineering, home appliances, and medical devices, and is particularly well-suited for metal components requiring high welding precision, such as sensors, micro-components, and wiring harness connection points.

1. Power-on Self-test and Program Loading: Upon startup, the system automatically performs checks to ensure all components are functioning correctly and parameters meet preset requirements. It automatically loads the welding program without manual intervention, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.

2. Loading and Production Flexibility: Custom-designed fixtures and a magnetic fixture-swapping system minimize changeover times and boost production line flexibility. Operators can load products onto other fixtures while welding is in progress, enabling seamless workflow transitions.

3. Stability-Focused Design: A combination of product positioning plates, workpiece clamping sliders, and clamping plates creates a stable support and fixation system. This effectively prevents product displacement during welding, ensuring consistent and reliable weld quality.

4. Welding Process Monitoring and Control: Real-time monitoring of current, voltage, and power ensures process stability and safety. With welding times kept under 3 seconds per unit, overall production efficiency is maximized.

5. Ease of Use and Adaptability: A touchscreen controller provides an intuitive interface for operation and data display, simplifying the setup and adjustment of equipment parameters. The compact design minimizes the equipment's footprint—making it suitable for space-constrained environments—while ensuring stable performance across varying temperature and humidity conditions.
