This product is designed for use in pulse heat-sealing/bonding machines as the heating element. It is heated by a pulsed current regulated via thermocouple feedback, ensuring the bonding area remains in tight contact while exerting no thermal impact on surrounding components.
Application areas:
Soldering ultra-fine coaxial cables (e.g., I-PEX); soldering FPC/FFC to PCB; ACF bonding for LCD and TCP; soldering connectors such as HDMI and Mini-USB; direct connection of Teflon wires to terminals; heat bonding of thermoplastic plastics, etc. This soldering method eliminates issues such as cold joints, weak joints, and solder bridging; it enables simultaneous multi-point soldering and ensures consistent quality regardless of the operator's skill level. Soldering temperature and time parameters are monitored in real-time, making it particularly suitable for products requiring high soldering precision.
