Compact Square-Pressing Welding Machine

Introduction:
The compact square-head welding machine is currently widely used for the precision interconnection of RTD (resistance temperature detector) leads and thermocouple feedback wires in temperature sensors. By utilizing the MDD-03L precision inverter resistance welding power supply and the MDYFN-10 compact square welding head, it offers greater stability than dual-head square welding systems and holds significant value for welding PT100 platinum RTD leads.
Advantages:
1. The DC welding output features low-ripple pulsating direct current, avoiding the heating discontinuity associated with AC zero-crossing. This results in more concentrated heat and higher thermal efficiency, making it particularly suitable for welding non-ferrous metals and difficult-to-weld materials. Compared to AC resistance welding, this technology enhances process stability and weld quality while extending electrode service life;
2. Features a three-stage heating profile with current upslope and downslope functions, as well as a wide timing range (0–250ms or 0–1s) to meet the requirements of complex welding processes;
3. Includes fault diagnosis and alarm functions for issues such as abnormal current, monitored values exceeding limits, mains voltage irregularities, and overheating. The system automatically shuts down in the event of inverter bridge current anomalies, thereby enhancing equipment protection;
4. Rapid response speed. High inverter frequencies (4kHz or 1kHz) allow for current control cycles of 0.25ms or 1ms—20 to 80 times faster than traditional AC welding machines.
