MDQX-US2020 Ultrasonic Spray Coating System

The MDQX-US2020 ultrasonic precision sprayer is equipped with a patented converging ultrasonic nozzle (optionally with a wide or diffuser pattern). Its unique nozzle flow path design ensures precise atomization while eliminating the worry of nozzle clogging.
This product is also equipped with a precision metering pump, carrier gas control, substrate heating system, vacuum adsorption platform, programmable three-axis motion system, and laser-assisted positioning and leveling devices, making it ideal for research and development in research laboratories and the production of small-area thin films. Compared to traditional pneumatic two-fluid spraying, ultrasonic atomization spraying offers greater uniformity, thinner coating thickness, and higher precision.
Furthermore, because ultrasonic nozzles do not require high-pressure gas to generate atomization, they significantly reduce slurry splash during the spraying process, significantly reducing slurry waste. Its utilization rate is over four times that of traditional two-fluid spraying equipment, reaching over 95%.
Application
It is mainly used for the preparation of ultra-thin precision coatings at the nano or micron level, especially for the preparation of dense coating membranes or porous coating membranes such as PEM/AEM water electrolysis membrane electrodes, fuel cell membrane electrode SOFC ceramic coatings, proton exchange membranes, anion exchange membranes, thin-film solar cells, semiconductor photoresists, conductive glass, thin-film sensors, and bio-matrix coatings.
