The MD-ZJTX-SW65K metal cap sealing machine is a capacitor energy storage type single-station welding machine. It features adjustable energy storage voltage, charging/discharging, pneumatic pressurization, pneumatic unloading, and nitrogen purging functions. It can be used for hermetic welding of small power transistors and other components. It also includes vacuum, heating, and nitrogen filling functions, and has a dew point meter interface. It is widely used in military devices, optoelectronic communications, and other industries.

Workflow:
Place the workpiece on the welding fixture and simultaneously press the left and right start buttons; the solenoid valve for the upper electrode cylinder is energized, causing the cylinder to drive the upper electrode downward. After the pre-compression, welding, and hold phases, the solenoid valve is de-energized, and the cylinder retracts the upper electrode to its reset position. The unloading pneumatic system ejects (or blows out) the workpiece, and a nitrogen nozzle blows the welded workpiece free, completing the welding cycle; the start buttons can then be pressed again to repeat the process.
Close the door of the right-hand vacuum/gas-fill chamber and set the selector switch on the left side of the operating chamber to "Exhaust"; the mechanical pump starts and the exhaust solenoid valve opens to evacuate the chamber. Once the target vacuum level is reached, switch to "Intake"; the mechanical pump stops, the exhaust valve closes, and the intake valve opens to fill the chamber with nitrogen. Once filled, return the switch to the center position to stop the nitrogen flow. To fill the central operating chamber with nitrogen, simply open the inner door of the right-hand vacuum/gas-fill chamber.
Consequently, this machine enables welding to be performed in a nitrogen-filled environment, thereby improving the quality of the welded workpieces.
