Vertical Inner Diameter Circle Slicer

It is mainly used for high-precision cutting of brittle and hard materials such as crystals, ceramics, rare earth magnets, gems, glass, etc.
Vertical spindle structure, using precision ball bearings imported from Japan, the spindle is driven by a low-noise motor through a flat belt to rotate smoothly and at high speed. It has high operating precision, strong rigidity and long service life.

Feed component:

The feed component is also called the Z-axis system. Its function is to complete the precision feeding of the workpiece through a servo motor, a precision coupling and a high-precision ball screw, relying on a high-precision linear guide. This mechanism also has manual operation to tilt the Z-axis system forward, backward, left and right, with a tilt angle of 0~±7°.

Moving component:

The movement of the moving table relies on a high-precision linear guide, and the servo motor drives the screw to rotate through a high-precision reducer. Its transmission characteristics are high precision, stable operation, and compact structure. The idle stroke speed, cutting speed, and return speed can be set arbitrarily within a certain range.

Frequency conversion control:

The spindle motor is controlled by a frequency converter, with a smooth start and smooth operation.

Interface display:

High-resolution imported touch screen display makes operation convenient and intuitive.
