Precision Anaerobic Oven:

Temperature Control:

Temperature control range: RT+20~300 ℃;
Heating rate: Within 50 minutes for room temperature to rise to 300 ℃ (empty furnace test);
Cooling rate: It takes about 40 minutes to reduce from 250 ℃ to 100 ℃ (cooling method: air cooling+nitrogen filling cooling) (empty furnace test).

Oxygen Content:

The oxygen content inside the box is ≤ 0.1%, and the time required for the oxygen concentration to decrease from normal oxygen to 0.1% is less than 20 minutes. It is equipped with a high-temperature resistant oxygen content control instrument, a zirconia oxygen content sensor, and a set of high-temperature resistant self suction pumps. It can detect the oxygen content in real time and display the actual value, and has an superoxide alarm function.

Temperature Control System:

Adopting a Japanese Mitsubishi PLC+7-inch color touch screen human-machine interaction interface, with fixed value/program (programmable control divided into 7 groups, each group has 16 segments, and 7 different baking processes can be set simultaneously) two control modes, PID automatic calculation, temperature control accuracy ± 0.3 ℃, with sensor wire breakage alarm function, curve mode, over temperature suppression, over adjustment function, precise temperature control, over impulse low, and over temperature alarm protection function, ensuring the safe operation of the product.
Timing function: Temperature to timing → Time to cut off electric heating → Completion indicator light emits sound and light alarm, maximum timing 0~9999H/M/S.
The equipment system has three color signal lights, which meet SEMI standards. The signal light specifications include over temperature, fault indicator light quantity, and BZ alarm.

Oxygen Content Control System:

Nitrogen intake filtration system: pressure regulating valve+1 set of oil-water separation filter, 10mm fast nitrogen interface.
The nitrogen oxygen removal control system adopts two nitrogen import circuits, each equipped with imported solenoid valves, with dual flow automatic switching. After reaching an oxygen free environment inside the box, it automatically switches to low flow nitrogen, greatly saving nitrogen consumption. It can also be set according to process requirements to meet various process requirements.

Insulation Material:

Made by the Central Glass Fiber Company of the factory, with 120K grade high-density aluminum silicate fiber manually filled, the insulation performance is excellent, and the shell temperature is ≤ RT+35 ℃.
Food grade fluorine free silicone rubber sealing strip is used, which is resistant to high temperature, aging, good sealing, and can continuously withstand high temperature above 300 ℃.

External Material:

The exterior is made of 1.5mm thick SS41 # cold-rolled steel plate, which has undergone acid pickling, phosphating, and rust prevention treatment before being sprayed with plastic. The color is milky white.
