The new pneumatic electric lightweight design is adopted to complete the plate cutting stroke without shear stress at one time. It is especially suitable for cutting precision SMD or thin plate. For bow waves and micro cracks generated when there is no circular knife type plate splitting, the wedge-shaped tool is used for linear plate splitting, the shear stress is reduced to a low level, so that the sensitive SMD components and even capacitors can not be affected, and the potential quality risk of the product is reduced to a low level. The plate cutting stroke is less than 1-2mm, so there is no concern about operation safety. The tool is made of high-speed steel precision grinding, which can be grinded repeatedly. At the same time, it is suitable for thin plate splitting without V-CUT.

1. Full pneumatic control, no noise, solenoid valve control, fast speed;
2. Small stroke, not easy to damage the product and safe operation;
3. Tailoring work, suitable for PCB / aluminum substrates of various thicknesses;
4. Minimize the internal stress generated during plate cutting to avoid tin cracking;
5. The distance between upper and lower knives can be adjusted accurately to avoid tool loss due to different depth of V-groove;
6. The maximum part of the slitting V-groove edge is 70mm;
7. The distance between V-groove and parts is allowed to be as close as 0.5mm.
