MD-K series Capacitor winding machine

1. It has the function of metal ﬁlm dislocation and cutting oﬀ, the protec-tion of inner supporting light ﬁlm, the optional
cleaning of metal ﬁlm, the avoidance of dust, the saving of metal ﬁlm and the improvement of product performance.
2. The material reel is inserted on the same side of the same conduit, which eﬀectively improves the coaxiality of the two
semi-axes and the winding accuracy.
3. It has the function of automatic tightening and automatic pre-pressing of key-type ﬁlm material.
4. It has the function of automatic elimination and classiﬁcation of the ﬁrst defective products.
5. This machine adopts PLC + touch screen control, with capacity, tension, pressure calculation, storage and reading functions.
6. The pressure of the main wheel is controlled by pneumatic double pressure wheel; the pressure of the wheel is adjustable; and the pressure is controlled by electric proportional valve.
7. The whole machine is controlled by Panasonic AC servo system, and the winding tension is controlled by Japanese precision low friction cylinder, which can improve the accuracy and compensate the tension when the speed is lowered.
8. Metallized ﬁlm material axis unwinding has translation follow-up ﬂattening roller mechanism to eﬀectively prevent ﬁlm material wrinkling; material tray movement adopts double-column guidance to improve movement accuracy.
9. The speed of inner and outer package, outer seal and inner seal can be adjusted.
10. It has the function of secondary heat seal. The time and pressure of primary heat seal and secondary heat seal can be set separately, which is convenient for the later process.
11. It has the function of displaying the I/O signal status of the PLC; the fault alarm has the visual display of the fault
guidance solution.
12. Pre-adjustment of automatic stagger position and accuracy mainte-nance function of optional ﬁlm material.
