Manual Heavy-duty Energy Storage Seal Welding Machine
MCMSW-1536

This equipment is specially used for welding TO-type tube sockets and tube caps of larger sizes in optoelectronic communications and sensor components. The welding process completes the product welding in a closed glove box nitrogen environment.
First, put the tray of tube sockets and tube caps to be welded into the oven for baking, then take out the tray in the glove box, put on gloves manually to put the tube sockets and tube caps on the electrodes, press the welding start button with both hands to complete the welding, and then take out the finished product manually. After the welding is completed, the whole tray is transported to the transfer warehouse for removal.
The equipment adopts self-developed capacitor energy storage power supply, precision, high quality and stable packaging process.
