MDHA-AP200 Automatic Lid Tack Seam Sealer

Automatic alignment parallel sealing welding machine is a semi-automatic equipment. The shell and cover plate are placed in the corresponding fixture manually, the corresponding process formula is selected, the program is started, the equipment is automatically absorbed and visually photographed for the cover plate according to the selected program and welding parameters, and after calculation, the cover plate is accurately placed on the shell to complete the alignment, and then spot welding and seam welding are performed. The device is capable of air-tight encapsulation between metal, metallized ceramic bases and metal cover plates.
The equipment is equipped with high reliability PLC, industrial computer and advanced high frequency inverter welding power supply, dynamic response speed, high control precision. Equipped with automatic cover plate picking mechanism and vision system, it can meet the needs of high precision automatic cover plate alignment. At the same time, the atmosphere control glove box provides a good working environment for the welding process.
