7. After completion, the robotic arm picks up the finished product and transfers it to the external material bin.

1.  Machine characteristics:

This equipment is a 6-axis Automatic machine for drilling, tapping, and tightening threaded handles. with 1-axis Clamping Wash brush, 1-axis drilling , 1-axis tapping, 1-axis Place Grip, 1-axis tightening threaded handles, 1-axis robotic arm takes out. The Wash brush flows out of the vibration feeder and automatically in the Clamping, and the second station drills, Third stop drilling thread. Grip Simultaneously clamped onto the mechanical claw. Grip and Wash brush Automatically enter the tightening station. Complete tightening and automatically leave the workstation. Two systems are running simultaneously, producing 500PCS in 1h.
