Centerless Grinding Machine

Sliding table:
The up and down slide table adopts a double dovetail type slide rail with embedded strip scraping to match the sliding accuracy, ensuring smooth sliding and stable operation. At the same time, the bed rail is lengthened and the grinding wheel avoids mud immersion. The upper skateboard adopts a dovetail groove structure, while the lower feed adopts a high-precision screw rod and is equipped with a fine adjustment feed device. The feed fine adjustment can reach 0.003mm/m, which is easy to use, clear in format, and fully improves operational accuracy.
Spindle:
Using 38GMOAVA alloy steel, it undergoes quenching and tempering, desalination heat treatment, and then computer-controlled cryogenic treatment. Its surface hardness reaches HRC62 ° or above, with a single-sided effective hardness layer of 0.25mm or more and a core of HRC30 °. It is wear-resistant and not easily deformed. Through multiple precision grinding of the central hole, tooth, and outer diameter, the precision surface is ensured and the lifespan is long.
