A set of baffles is installed on the top cover, and the two targets can be switched by rotating the baffles to achieve multi-layer coating. This equipment needs to be used with a high vacuum molecular pump group. Users can choose imported brand small molecular pumps to further save installation area. At the same time, this model can be equipped with an optional film thickness meter component, which can monitor the film thickness data in real time and provide reliable parameters for the experimental process.
