Desktop Automatic Dispenser with PR System

1. High Speed: Eliminates the need for Z-axis movement required in traditional needle dispensing processes, resulting in
dispensing speeds more than three times faster than needle dispensing.
2. High Precision: Minimum dispensing volume can reach 5 nanoliters, and the minimum dispensing dot diameter can be controlled to 0.2mm, with consistency unmatched by traditional needle dispensing.
3. High Flexibility: Insensitive to dispensing height, avoiding defects caused by needle collision with the workpiece; the
extremely small dispensing volume allows for operation in more compact spaces, enabling dispensing processes that are impossible with needle dispensing.
4. Low Maintenance and Long Lifespan: Advanced structural design makes daily cleaning and maintenance simple and easy. The most advanced nano-wear-resistant material components have a lifespan 20% longer than ordinary materials.

Syringe Introduction

1. Transparent syringes are suitable for general fluids, allowing for visual inspection of the remaining volume. Amber syringes are suitable for UV glue (providing shielding from 240-550nm), while black syringes are suitable for light-curing adhesives and have UV protection.
2. The strict design and tight fit between the inner stopper and piston ensure smooth fluid dispensing without leakage.
3. Made with excellent craftsmanship and durability, the syringes do not contain silicone or chlorides to ensure industrial
quality. The enhanced thickness PP material is compatible with various dispensing needles.
Vision Software:
1. Supports multiple visual positioning and correction methods, including single MARK positioning, dual MARK positioning, triple MARK positioning, and local area positioning;
2. Supports various vision functions such as shape matching, circle matching, missing board detection, flying point detection, and on-the-fly image capture.
By accurately identifying and locating product part features, and automatically adjusting the dispensing trajectory based on the
calculated offset, high-precision dispensing applications can be achieved.
