Laser Sealing Welding Machine

Suitable for high hermetic sealing of devices such as hybrid microelectronic modules, high-density T/R components, power modules, microwave components, and power amplifier modules.
We provide laser packaging solutions for optical TO-type products and optical integrated circuit packaging.
Our patented sealing system features a versatile design, enabling flexible switching between TOSA, ROSA, QSFP, BOSA, TO, and butterfly products.
Application
Precision laser sealing is used in the packaging of electronic devices in satellites, microwaves, and radio frequencies. It is the preferred packaging method that can effectively protect electronic devices in harsh environments.

Applications in Semiconductor Devices:

Precision laser sealing is required for sealing traces with concave, side, irregular, S-shaped, curved, and circular shapes, such as hybrid microelectronic modules, high-density T/R components, power modules, and power amplifier modules.
Advantages
1. No mechanical contact, no physical contact between the electrode and the device is required;
2. Can seal devices with irregular sealing traces;
3. Can seal devices with inset, recessed, or side surfaces where parallel sealing electrodes cannot reach;
4. Can seal devices made of special soft metals such as aluminum and copper where parallel sealing electrodes cannot.

1. Precision welding for semiconductors, optical devices, and small components in high-tech industries;
2. Weld seams can be set between 0.2 mm and 0.6 mm, with a tolerance of ±0.1 mm (Note: This varies depending on weld location and depth);
3. Our independently developed "position-based laser sealing system" digitizes the weld trajectory to determine the weld point location and path. The system automatically calculates acceleration, deceleration, and constant speed data. Laser motion is precisely controlled using CNC equipment, motion control systems, and vision control systems.
