This assembly-line-style atmospheric plasma cleaning system adopts a segmented design, facilitating on-site installation for customers. It can be integrated with the existing production line at the customer's site. The height and width of the production line are adjustable, and it can accommodate fixtures and products of different sizes. The speed of the assembly line and plasma treatment are also adjustable to meet the customer's production requirements. The plasma power is adjustable up to 1000W, ensuring the treatment effect on the product surface. It also features various monitoring functions, allowing for immediate identification and resolution of causes in case of equipment alarms in emergencies, thus avoiding production delays. Before the product enters the plasma surface treatment process, the front tunnel is equipped with an example air knife to remove dust from the surface and fixtures. The rear end is also equipped with a fan for pre-cleaning before the product enters the next process. It adopts PLC control, with a reasonable electrical structure design. All components are sourced from international (domestic) top brands, reducing maintenance costs for customers during use. The program can be switched among three languages: Chinese, English, and Polish.
