1,Box

1.1 Box size: 1200mm (length) × 900mm high × 750mm (bottom width).

1.2 Material: All stainless steel structure (Type 304), with a thickness of 3mm, with wire drawing treatment on the inner surface and painting on the outer surface.

1.3 Glove opening: diameter 220mm, made of hard aluminum alloy (anodized aluminum oxide corrosion treatment), resistant to organic atmosphere corrosion.

1.4 Gloves: American brand 8B1532, glove caliber 8 ", length 32", thickness 0.4 mm, made of butyl rubber material.

1.5 Window: With a sloping design operating surface and a detachable 8mm safety tempered glass front window, it is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has good transparency. The sealing ring is made of 3/8-inch thick OMEGA sealing ring.

1.6 Adopting a micro differential pressure control system (effectively and automatically controlling the pressure of the glove box).

1.7 The box is equipped with anti reflective energy-saving lighting, with soft light.

1.8 There is a pre installed multi hole power wiring board inside the box (power supply: 220V ± 10% 50Hz ± 10%).

1.9 There are two layers of adjustable shelves inside the box.

1.10 The box can be equipped with three standard KF-40 interfaces.

1.11 Box welding type.

3,Vacuum oven

3.1. Shape: rectangular (304 stainless steel), connected to the glove box, automatically controlled by a valve

3.2. Size: 450mm × 305mm × 305mm (L × H × D)

3.3. Vacuum degree (relative pressure): ≤ 1bar

3.4. Heating temperature: room temperature to 200

3.5. Temperature control accuracy: ± 1

3.8. Heating method: Three layer heating layer plates are divided into zones for heating, and the heating temperature and time can be set.

3.9. Insulation layer: aluminum silicate fiber.

3.10. The transition chamber can achieve nitrogen flushing.

3.11. Vacuum degree ≤ -0.1MPa (vacuum strip display), vacuum pressure gauge selected from Wika, Germany.

3.13. You can set any temperature and heating time (for example, heating at 100 can be set for 3 hours, followed by holding at 50 for 3 hours)

 

 

4,Control system

4.1 Method: including self diagnosis, power outage and self start features, with pressure control and adaptive functions. Automatic control, cycle control, password protection, and vacuum chamber control adopt LCD display. The control unit adopts a German Siemens PLC touch screen, and the operation menu can be selected in Chinese/English.

4.2 Pressure control: Control the pressure of the box and transition chamber at a certain set value.

a) Users can set the working pressure range between+12.5 and -12.5 millibars, and the PLC will automatically adjust the box pressure within the set range. The default value for the working pressure range is -1 to+3 millibars.

b) When the box pressure exceeds 12 millibars, the PLC automatically opens the safety valve to relieve pressure, protecting gloves, equipment, and materials inside the box.

c) Use a foot switch to fine tune the box pressure.

    1. Foot pedal: It can control the pressure of the glove box and facilitate operation.

5,Air purification system(optional)

5.1 Purification capacity: H2O 1ppm, O2 1ppm,

5.2 Purification materials: copper catalyst, molecular sieve; All are international brand materials.

5.3 Adjustment device: The entire process of touch adjustment (heating, evacuation, purification, regeneration) through PLC does not require human monitoring.

5.4 Working gas: He, N2, or Ar (gas circulation).

5.5 Circulating fan: High speed variable frequency silent fan,flow rate 0-100m3/h, microprocessor controlled, pressure tested stainless steel device with ultra-low leakage rate makes it unnecessary for the gas circulation system to operate continuously, and can maintain water and oxygen impurities in the glove box below 1ppm.

5.6 Single purification column: 5kg of German BASF deoxygenation material and 5kg of American UOP high-efficiency water absorption material, with extremely high lifespan, ensuring the long-term purification ability of the product during use by users. The water removal capacity is 2.2 kg, and the oxygen absorption capacity is 63L.

5.7 Purification valve: Burkert, Germany, fully automatic electrically operated valve. Modular design.

5.8 Filter: A high-efficiency filter with a 0.3 micron aperture filter that meets the HEPA standard, with a filtration level of H13.

6,Regeneration system

6.1 After the gas purification column is saturated with adsorption, it is regenerated with nitrogen or argon gas containing hydrogen to restore its adsorption capacity.

6.2 Used for reusing the purification system to activate it; Regeneration requires a mixture of N2/H2 or Ar/H 2 gases, with H2 accounting for 5-10%.

6.3 Due to the ultra-low leakage rate of the glove box, the regeneration frequency of the purification column is approximately once every six months/year.

 

7,Display system

The control unit adopts a German Siemens PLC touch screen, and the operation menu is switched between Chinese and English.

 

8,Vacuum system

The vacuum pump adopts Edwards vacuum pump from the UK, model RV12, with a flow rate of 12m3/h and an ultimate vacuum of 2x10-3 millibars. The transition chamber can be vacuumed separately and can be individually controlled at any time. The vacuum pump is equipped with an oil mist filter and an air vibration. 

 

9,Automatic cleaning function of the box

9.1 The automatic gas cleaning function inside the box allows the user to set the cleaning time, and then touch the start button on the touch screen. The system will start cleaning the box and automatically stop at the set time.

9.2 Change and misoperation of gas environments with different properties, water ingress, and automatic cleaning of oxygen fast box. The automatic cleaning valve of the box body is firmly connected to the KF25 steel wire plastic pipe at the integration of the box body pipeline, and the external KF25 pagoda joint is installed.

 

10.Oxygen analyzer, (imported from abroad) Brand material: AVCRAY, USA

1) The measurement range can be set to 0-1000ppm

2) Environment: -10 ~50

3) Accuracy: ± 1% ppm

4) Installation position: The oxygen sensor is installed on the box. Regardless of gas circulation, the oxygen sensor continuously detects the atmosphere inside the box and displays the oxygen content inside the glove box.

5) Display: The output of the analyzer is connected to the PLC, and the detection value is displayed on the touch screen, allowing for setting of alarm values.

6) Control: Users can choose the automatic circulation function to maintain the oxygen content in the glove box within the user's specified range.

 

11. Water analyzer, (imported from abroad) Brand material: MICHELL, UK

1) Measurement range: 0-500ppm

2) Accuracy: ± 1% ppm

3) Environment: -10 ~50

4) Display: The output of the analyzer is connected to the PLC, and the detection value is displayed on the touch screen, allowing for setting of alarm values.

5) Control: The gas circulation system can be controlled according to the user's settings to achieve circulation reduction.

 

12. Acceptance method:

Under standard conditions, i.e. constant temperature of 20-25 , relative humidity of 65%, using an inert gas source of 99.999%, operating in an empty box, the water oxygen content in the box is less than 1PPM.

 

13.Equipment working conditions: (provided by the user)

* Power supply: single-phase three wire AC220V, power less than 3Kw;

* The laboratory should have an independent ground wire:<3 Ω, and it is recommended to use a flat copper wire of ≥ 10mm2 from the equipment to the ground wire connection;

* Water supply: None;

* Relative humidity: 75%;

* There is no large amount of dust, corrosive, flammable, or explosive gases indoors;

* Equipment footprint: long × Width: 2300mm × 1200mm
